[Abstract]
Since the Great East Japan Earthquake had a huge impact to the balance of electricity supply-demand, we must re-think about our energy-dependent lifestyles and workstyles. Along with that, improvement in energy efficiency performance of houses and buildings, including utilization of renewable energy is much required. In this session, I will introduce the trend of Zero Energy Houses and Buildings in Japan and its future development.
